The deceased Nicodemo Spatari, renamed Nik when his free spirit began to
travel the world, was an uncommon man, because within him burned the sacred

an archaeologist, an engineer, a husband, a visionary, a dreamer, a modern apostle,
a wandering pilgrim, an enlightened, a shady, in short a rainbow man. Never black,
never white, never gray, simply a volcano of colors. Along the way he crossed many
“greats” like Le Corbusier and Pablo Picasso and he was not afraid of them because
he knew he could compete with them without giving in. He was a valiant, a true
champion and together with his wife Hiske, the name of a strange divinity, he decided
to return to his native land and found the MuSaBa. Inside the ruins of the sanctuary
of Santa Barbara he challenged Michelangelo Buonarotti the Great, painting Jacob’s
