Reg. (EU) 508/2014, “European Maritime and Fisheries Fund” (EMFF), in accordance with art. 30, contributes to the diversification of fishermen’s income through the development of complementary activities, including investments on board, tourism linked to sport fishing, catering, environmental services and pedagogical activities related to fishing, in line with the objective “Promoting the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, the agricultural sector and the fishing and aquaculture sector”, envisaged among the objectives of the Common Strategic Framework for programming 2014/2020 (Thematic Objective 3).
